Returns & Exchanges Policy

To maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene for your little ones, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged, not in brand-new condition, or have a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Strict Requirement: To qualify for a replacement or exchange, the original physical product must be returned to us for inspection. No replacements or exchanges will be issued if the physical item is not provided or returned to our facility.

How to Request a Return/Replacement
