Shipping policy

1. How long do you process orders?
All website orders will be processed as soon as possible or within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays.

2. What are the different methods of shipping my order?
We can do warehouse pick up, same-day delivery for within metro manila, shipping through GoGo Express from all other parts of the Philippines.

3. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we will do our very best to serve your order as soon as possible and as long as order and payment is confirmed before 3PM of a business day.

Your order will be delivered by third party couriers like Grab, Lalamove, etc.
Area are the areas covered by those third party couriers (usually Greater Metro Manila).

Kindly also message or leave a note upon check out if this is a rush order.

4. How much is the shipping fee?
For all main Baby Brezza products, shipping is free nationwide!

Accessories and spare parts will have their respective shipping fee.

5. I want to ship my order through other courier, is that possible?
Yes, if you prefer other couriers like LBC and others, do let us know but we will only cover a maximum of P600 for the shipping fee and the excess will be yours to cover.
